COMPLETE COMPANY CONTRACT

All directors must complete and submit their company contract to confirm their participation the 2027 LYDF Festival.

• SUBMIT PIECE

• Companies must complete their registration packet and submit up to two pieces for review by January 19th.

• YDF will review and select one piece or both from each company by January 25.

• All pieces must be under 4.5 minutes in length

Participation Fees: to be submitted by the Companies

PAY PARTICIPATION FEE HERE

• Once your company has been notified of your selected piece, please submit payment for the total number of participating dancers ($100 per performing dancer or $60 for just Classes).

• Companies are responsible for obtaining payment from all of their participating dancers and will pay YDF the total amount via the payment form.

• Deadline for all payments is Feb 8, 2026.

Dancer Registration: to be completed by the dancers

• All dancers will complete their Dancer Registration Forms and submit them online no later than Feb 8, 2026.

• Companies are responsible for communicating with their dancers and reminding them to fill out their registration forms

Deadline to submit Summer Scholarship Offers

OFFER SCHOLARSHIP

Through LYDF’s scholarship audition class, students have the opportunity to audition for scholarships to multiple summer programs at the same time without any additional charge.

If your company would like to offer a scholarship to your summer program please fill out our Scholarship Form.

• Deadline for directors to nominate three of their dancers to participate in the LYDF Scholarship Class

• Dancers will have to review all of the scholarship offers, and indicate which programs they would like to be considered for.

• The audition class will consist of ballet/pointe, jazz, and contemporary phrases, improvisation and optional tap.

COMPLETE TECH FORM

• Directors are required to complete the Tech Information Form and upload music file (within the tech form) by April 30th, 2026.

• Please upload your music file within the Tech Form. Please do not email your music file.

CHAPERONE RELEASE FORM

All Chaperones who will be traveling with the dancers must fill out a Chaperone Release form.
