Complete Company Contract

All directors must complete and submit their company contract to confirm their participation the 2027 PYDF Festival by December 1st, 2026

Submit pieces to be reviewed for the Festival

• Companies may submit up to two pieces per performing group to be reviewed by PYDF to be performed in our public showcases.  

  • Pieces must be under 4.5 minutes in length

    Live performance or Rehearsal Footage (piece does not have to be complete) is acceptable

    ALL GENRES OF DANCE ACCEPTED

    If your pieces are not yet choreographed, please fill out the information on the form pertaining to the piece/s that you wish to be performed and include past footage that is similar to the genre of your submission

  • Please make sure we have full access to the footage

    Companies will be informed of which piece/s have been selected by January 30th, 2027.

    Each performing group is guaranteed one piece that will be performed 

Participation Fees: to be submitted by the Companies-

PAY REGISTRATION HERE

• Once your company has been notified of your selected piece, please submit payment for the total number of dancers in the piece ($115.00 per dancer).

• Companies are responsible for obtaining payment from all of their participating dancers and will pay PYDF the total amount via the payment form.

• Credit Card payments will have a 3% processing fee included to your payment.

• Deadline for all payments is February 12th, 2027

Dancer Registration: to be completed by the dancers

• All dancers will complete their Dancer Registration Forms and submit them online no later than February 12th, 2027.

• Only dancers who will be performing are able to participate.

• Companies are responsible for communicating with their dancers and reminding them to fill out their registration forms

Deadline to submit Summer Scholarship Offers

OFFER SCHOLARSHIP

Through PYDF’s scholarship audition class, students have the opportunity to audition for scholarships to multiple summer programs at the same time without any additional charge.

If your company would like to offer a scholarship to your summer program please fill out our Scholarship Form.

Deadline for directors to nominate two of their dancers to participate in the PYDF Scholarship Class.

• Each company may nominate TWO of their dancers to participate in the summer scholarship class.

• To nominate your dancers, simply share the link to the Scholarship Class Registration Form here and have them complete their form by Feb. 28, 2027.

• Dancers will have to review all of the scholarship offers, and indicate which programs they would like to be considered for.

• The audition class will consist of ballet/pointe, jazz, and contemporary phrases.

COMPLETE TECH FORM

• Directors are required to complete the Tech Information Form and upload music file (within the tech form) by March 10st, 2027.

CHAPERONE RELEASE FORM

All Chaperones who will be traveling with the dancers at Drexel University must fill out a Chaperone Release form.
